Required Qualifications High School Diploma or the equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to exercise judgment and initiative when interacting with students. Flexibility and openness to change. Ability to maintain and foster confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications 1 year experience in higher education. Familiarity with PC, Ipad and Mac devices Experience connecting devices to secure networks and troubleshooting issues. Familiarity with Zoom and Zoom Chat. Ability to learn and troubleshoot web-based assessment applications. Additional Instructions Quick Link Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities Assessment Monitoring (100%) Maintain confidentiality and security of testing processes and information. Provides students with introductory directions to assessment procedures and monitors students as they test. Maintains a safe, calm and distraction free testing environment. Monitors entry and exit into the testing room and implements test security procedures before and during testing. Applies relevant assessment policies as set forth through the Office of Evaluation and Assessment. Demonstrates positive interpersonal interactions with students and staff. Reports suspected irregularities in a timely manner to head proctor.
