*The Impact You’ll Make*
Your role bridges healthcare, prevention, and safety operations. From conducting “96-hour” early intervention programs to case management and ergonomic assessments, you’ll directly reduce lost time, prevent costly injuries, and support a healthier workforce. Within your first 90 days, you’ll be implementing injury prevention initiatives, contributing to safety committees, and building strong collaboration with medical and safety teams.
*What You’ll Do*
* Conduct early intervention encounters (“96-hour” program) for signs of discomfort
* Provide first aid and assist with onsite emergencies
* Develop and lead stretching and rotation programs
* Perform ergonomic assessments, audits, and support compliance initiatives (mask fit, vision, hearing conservation)
* Complete Job Demands Analyses (JDA) and Health Physical Evaluations (HPE) with accurate data tracking
* Maintain injury encounter data and present at weekly safety meetings
* Manage cases from initial paperwork through outside appointments and workers’ comp coordination
* Attend safety walks, huddles, and contribute to the ergonomics committee

*What We’re Looking For*
* BOC Certified, Licensed Athletic Trainer in PA
* Strong orthopedic evaluation and triage experience
* Confident working independently in dynamic environments (production, warehouses, clinics)
* Familiarity with ergonomics, compliance testing, and safety investigations
* Excellent communicator across medical and non-medical teams

* Preventative mindset: focused on stopping injuries before they happen
* Independent yet collaborative: able to make sound decisions while aligning with safety and medical teams
* Organized and data-driven: skilled at tracking cases, HPE outcomes, and safety metrics

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
