You will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring our organization meets its staffing goals and maintains a high standard of patient care.

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate schedules to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
• Assist with pre-employment processes including, credential verifications, reference checks.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
