Job Description

F45 Training Leaside in Toronto, ON is looking for one group fitness instructor / personal trainer to join our team. We are located on 1669 Bayview Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

We are looking for energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic part time/full time Group Fitness/PTs to help instruct our HIIT training classes. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings a contagious energy. Come work with a team who is looking to change the fitness world and make the day of every person who walk through the door.

Requirements

• Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class.
• Instruct clients on the proper techniques for all exercises
• Perform member consultations and sign up new members.
• Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged.
• Able to perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed.
• Create a clean, organized, energetic, fun atmosphere
• Previous training experience
• Applicants must hold a a fitness related certification/diploma/degree

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

• personal training: 1 year (preferred)
• Fitness Trainers & Instructors: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer

Work Location: In person
