A leading HR consulting firm in Washington, D.C., is seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Manager with previous nonprofit experience to support employee relations, leave management, and a multi-state client portfolio. In this role, you will handle complex HR needs, such as balancing business initiatives with employee experience, navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, generating reports on leave usage and trends, and monitoring leave policies and procedures.
