Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through social media and other platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding of successful candidates
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
