About the role

As an Integration Technical Project Manager you will make an impact by leading large-scale platform modernization initiatives in the commercial lending domain. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, technical teams, vendor partners and clients.

In this role, you will:

· Lead end-to-end integration efforts for the replacement of legacy loan servicing systems with ACBS

· Manage API and batch integration across upstream and downstream systems

· Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical architecture and timelines

· Provide domain expertise in commercial lending and platform modernization best practices

What you must have to be considered

· 8+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale platform modernization programs

· Strong understanding of API and batch integration methodologies

· Hands-on experience with ACBS system in commercial lending environments

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery in complex technical landscapes

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Up to 25% travel may be required

These will help you succeed

· Experience working with financial institutions on loan servicing transformations

· Familiarity with vendor management and third-party integration strategies

· PMP or equivalent certification

· Exposure to Agile delivery models

· Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments

Compensation

• $110,000-$158,500

• This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
