We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing tailored insurance solutions, and building lasting client relationships. This position offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work options, and access to ongoing training and mentorship. Successful team members have the opportunity for advancement to Sales Manager based on performance. Compensation includes a competitive base salary between $45,000 - $65,000 per year , plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop customized insurance plans by analyzing client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes for various insurance products.
  • Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities in the agencys CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
