Indiana Health Group (IHG) is an outpatient behavioral healthcare practice that is privately owned so there is no “corporate red tape”, just real people that work well together professionally while cultivating a family-like environment.
We are looking for a reliable, cheerful, professional team player that is computer savvy, well-organized with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Our office is lively & energetic! You must be a go getter; we are extremely busy (which makes time fly)!
Our medical assistants provide support to our psychiatrists and advance practice nurses. Duties include but not limited to medication triage, refilling prescriptions, obtaining prior authorizations, injections, collecting urine drug screens, and genetic testing swabs.
We pride ourselves on offering employees a healthy work-life balance in an upscale environment. Aside from just being an amazing place to work we have some fun perks too! Our breakroom is a 50’s style diner, complete with a fountain pop machine, coffee, movie popcorn machine, hot dog roller. Majority of lunches are provided, along with some breakfasts, snacks, catered coffee/smoothie bars, and lots of other random treats!
Individual schedules will vary.
Compensation starting at $18/ hourly based on experience.
Reviews are done at 90-days and annually thereafter.
