As a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern, you play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy teams to deliver exceptional care to our customers. You'll apply your pharmacy school learning in real-world scenarios, working under the guidance of experienced preceptors while gaining insights into pharmacy operations and management.

Throughout your internship, you'll gain hands-on experience through a structured training roadmap, consisting of:

• Key Learning Experiences (KLEs)
• Meaningful activities
• Mentorship from district leaders

In your role, you will assist the pharmacy team in ensuring efficient operations, timely and accurate prescription filling, and excellent customer service. You'll also learn the importance of safety, effective communication, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive pharmacy culture.

Your Responsibilities Include:

1. Prescription Fulfillment and Inventory Management: Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accurate prescription production and manage inventory effectively.
2. Customer Service and Patient Care: Engage with patients at various service points, providing compassionate care and addressing their needs.
3. Continuing Training and Compliance: Complete ongoing training and actively participate in pharmacy team culture efforts.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an ACPE accredited pharmacy school and eligible for intern licensure.
• Strong focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Responsive to feedback and eager to learn.
