Your Responsibilities Lead design and analysis of dam structures including earthfill, rockfill, concrete gravity, and arch dams. Oversee construction and maintenance, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Conduct site investigations and feasibility assessments. Prepare engineering reports, designs, and specifications. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Collaborate with geologists, hydrologists, and environmental scientists. Provide technical guidance and mentorship. Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Represent WSP at industry events and seminars. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering. PE license required. At least 10 years of experience in dam engineering or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and GIS. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
