About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Americas Delivery Center Head to oversee and expand its on-shore and remote delivery centers across the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing strategies to ensure the growth, effective delivery, and optimized cost of the delivery centers. This includes managing the on-shore and remote delivery operations, forging partnerships with local entities, and leading a diverse team to meet the needs of the company's Fortune 500 clients. The role demands a leader with a solid understanding of service center and business process outsourcing, financial acumen, and experience in driving delivery and operations growth for a multinational services company. The SVP will also be tasked with building the company's brand, ensuring competitive policies and cost structures, and collaborating with various business units to support and enable operations and delivery. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' experience, with a strong background in service delivery, particularly in the context of a global delivery model. A deep understanding of nearshore services, especially in Canada and LATAM, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a multi-faceted delivery center business, delivering complex deals, and managing the growth and operations of the delivery centers. The role requires the ability to lead in a matrix structure, build and execute business and operations strategies, and work effectively with recruitment to ensure the right talent is in place. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's or MBA, and fluency in English is a must.
