We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to join a growing, multi-state healthcare network. This role is a unique opportunity for a creative digital storyteller who is ready to specialize in social media and make a real impact in the healthcare space. As part of a collaborative marketing and communications team, you will lead social media efforts across a network of orthopedic practices. You’ll shape digital narratives, build community engagement, and drive brand visibility—bringing patient stories, physician spotlights, health education, and events to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day social media management for a variety of practice brands on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter Develop and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with stakeholders, reflecting each brand’s voice, priorities, and aesthetic Write and curate original content such as patient stories, educational posts, service spotlights, and team features Partner with local practices and community organizations to amplify reach and engagement Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner to support service recovery Use Hootsuite and native platforms to schedule and distribute content Report on KPIs and analytics to guide and optimize content performance Stay current with social media trends and apply innovative strategies to elevate digital presence Assist with website content updates to support broader digital initiatives What We're Looking For: 5+ years of social media experience (healthcare marketing preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Comfortable managing multiple accounts and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficiency in Hootsuite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with social media copywriting, asset coordination, and community management Deep knowledge of social platform trends, tools, and best practices Must be able to work out of Stamford, CT or Warwick, RI and travel to locations and events as needed What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) Generous PTO A dynamic and growing healthcare environment Professional growth opportunities A collaborative, mission-driven team #J-18808-Ljbffr Engage Partners Inc.
