About The Role

Shape the future of AI with JavaScript! As an AI Tutor - JavaScript, you will train and evaluate AI models to ensure they produce accurate and high-quality outputs. Your JavaScript skills will be essential in assessing code, solving programming challenges, and enhancing AI problem-solving capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally in the AI domain while deepening your JavaScript expertise.

Your Day to Day

1. Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
2. Develop high-quality JavaScript solutions for various coding challenges.
3. Create clear explanations of code logic and problem-solving strategies.
4. Identify and address edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses.

About You

1. Fluent in English with strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly explain abstract coding concepts.
2. Expertise in JavaScript, including core concepts such as async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, and ES6+ features.
3. 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript frameworks, tools, or domains (e.g., Node.js, React, web development) is a plus.
4. Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred but not required.
5. Curious and passionate about AI, machine learning, and the future of intelligent systems.

Alignerr is committed to pay parity and transparent compensation discussions. The expected hourly rate range for U.S.-based candidates is $15—$150, depending on skills, experience, and location.
