This is a direct hire opportunity to join their growing NetSuite consulting practice in a role offering flexibility, strong benefits, and exciting project variety. The role will be hybrid on-site in any of the following locations: San Francisco, New York City, Denver, Tampa, or Raleigh.

The Role You’ll Play

As a Sr. NetSuite Consultant, you will lead clients through full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from requirements gathering through go-live. This role requires a balance of functional and technical expertise, with a strong focus on business process knowledge and module-specific skills. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their use of NetSuite to support critical business processes across finance, operations, and integrations.

• Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Provide process and functional expertise in:
• Record to Report (R2R): ARM, Multi-book, SuiteAnalytics, Core Financials.
• Procure to Pay (P2P): Inventory Management, Supply/Demand Planning, Core Financials/AP.
• Guide clients in integrating NetSuite with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Coupa).
• Utilize technical skills in JavaScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to configure and optimize NetSuite.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple industries (construction, life sciences, manufacturing, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders via Microsoft Teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

Background Profile:

The ideal candidate will bring both deep NetSuite implementation experience and a strong understanding of business processes across finance and operations. They will be equally comfortable discussing functional workflows with business leaders and diving into technical configuration and customization.

• Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years of general ERP experience (system analyst, tech support, system integration, system implementation, etc.)
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Completed 5+ full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong process knowledge in R2R and P2P cycles.
• Integration/API experience with common systems (i.e. Salesforce, Coupa, Zuora, Bill.com, Concur, Expensify, Stripe, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder.
• Fundamental Project Management experience
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Oracle NetSuite Administrator and Oracle NetSuite SuiteFoundation certified
• Knowledge of AI Automation
• Experience with Sage or QuickBooks.
• Broader ERP experience.
• Exposure to multiple industries.
