Director of Supply Chain

Lead supply chain strategy and execution for a financially strong, privately held manufacturer with a global footprint.

This isn’t your typical supply chain role. We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader who can operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—ideally with plastics manufacturing experience (thermoforming strongly preferred). This role offers a clear executive track and the chance to make an immediate, measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and refine the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for North American operations.
• Build alignment across manufacturing, sales, procurement, finance, and logistics.
• Analyze and report on key supply chain metrics and KPIs.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support cost control, service levels, and scalability.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in supply chain operations leadership within fast-paced manufacturing.
• Plastics manufacturing or similar experience required; thermoforming strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with executive leadership.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven planning.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM) preferred.
