TIG Pipe Welder – 1st & 2nd Shift | Arvada, CO | Permanent Placement

A well-established, 70-year-old global custom manufacturing company is hiring intermediate-level TIG Pipe Welders for permanent positions in its temperature-controlled shop in Arvada, CO . These roles support the fabrication of components for industrial pump and compressor systems used in oil & gas, chemical, hydrogen energy, and other growing industries.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (starts on 1st shift for training)

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG welding on 1.5" to 8" diameter Schedule 80/160 piping (Stainless Steel & Inconel)
• Pipe/tube bending, tack welding, and fabrication
• Reading and interpreting engineering prints
• Working independently and applying new technical knowledge
• Optional weekend and holiday overtime

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of TIG welding experience
• 2+ years of pipe welding experience
• Proven history of long tenure in previous roles
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Reliable commute to Arvada, CO

Preferred Skills:

• Experience welding high nickel metals (e.g., Inconel)
• Familiarity with ASME Section 9 or other pipe welding codes
• Experience with pumps, compressors, or valves
