In this leadership role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership and act as a key connection point between the facility and the corporate HR team. You’ll manage day-to-day HR operations while also helping align local strategies with company-wide goals. The right candidate will bring strong knowledge of Washington labor laws, hands-on experience with ADP systems, and a demonstrated ability to resolve workplace issues with fairness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all local HR operations, acting as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership
  • Guide the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding
  • Oversee payroll and timekeeping processes using ADP or similar HR/payroll platforms
  • Manage annual benefits open enrollment and provide ongoing benefits support throughout the year
  • Address employee relations concerns with sensitivity, professionalism, and a solutions-first approach
  • Support department managers with performance management, coaching, and progressive discipline
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR system records
  • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional departments to support business goals
  • Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
  • Support alignment between the facility and corporate HR on policy rollouts and organizational changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and benefits administration
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to support and influence across all levels of staff
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems
  • Solid understanding of Washington employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
