Office Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining communication across departments, providing top-notch client support, and ensuring the overall organization of our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure clear, professional communication internally and externally
• Schedule on-site consultations and appointments for account managers
• Send, receive, and track invoices using QuickBooks
• Support general office operations, including filing, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Act as a liaison between departments to help keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Experience with QuickBooks and HubSpot is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
