Position: Process Engineer (Entry Level)
Location: Shrewsbury, MA 01545 (Onsite)
Duration: 1-year contract (9/8/2025 – 3/8/2026 tentative)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full project lifecycle from sales support through customer acceptance
• Deliver technical documentation and system components (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software packages, turnover docs)
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers, managing updates and expectations
• Drive KPIs by ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues during FAT/SAT testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of engineering or project management experience in biotech/life sciences
• Experience with equipment testing (FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification)
• Knowledge of ASME BPE, GAMP, cGMP, ISPE guidelines
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor/internal resources
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, and MS Office
